You lie down comfortably while your leg is secured to a motorized device. The machine applies gentle, intermittent cycles of traction and relaxation on the joint for 15 to 30 minutes.
That controlled separation between femur and tibia eases pressure on the cartilage and creates a vacuum effect inside the joint capsule, improving the flow of oxygen and nutrient-rich synovial fluid — the same principles applied for years in non-surgical spinal decompression.

Therapeutic ultrasound is a non-invasive technique that delivers sound waves into the deep tissues of the knee. It increases local blood flow, relaxes musculature and reduces inflammation, helping manage chronic joint pain.

The whole nervous system — including the nerves running to the knee — is wrapped and protected by a membrane called the dura mater. When there are signs of cranial distortion, tension in that membrane can sustain pain even with a solid joint treatment.
Our Cranial Release Technique (TLC) is a fast, painless and harmless procedure that releases that tension. We add it to the decompression treatment so patients recover faster and feel better sooner.
