The pillars of our treatment

Four therapies that reinforce each other

Each plan combines knee decompression, cold laser, ultrasound and the Cranial Release Technique (TLC) to reduce pain, control inflammation and restore mobility.

Knee decompression

Controlled mechanical traction that gently separates femur and tibia to create a joint vacuum effect.

Cold laser

Low-intensity light that reduces inflammation and stimulates tissue repair. Included at no extra cost.

Therapeutic ultrasound

Sound waves that increase local blood flow, relax muscles and support cellular regeneration.

Cranial Release (TLC)

A gentle technique that releases tension in the dura mater — the membrane protecting the entire nervous system, including the nerves of the knee.

Coming soon

Focused shock wave

Advanced technology for deep joint pain. Coming soon to our clinic.

Active physical therapy

Strengthens quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes to offload the joint and prevent recurrence.

How it works

Knee decompression in 4 steps

A simple, comfortable process built to address pain at its source.

  1. Step 01· 30–45 min

    Evaluation

Clinical history, functional exam and review of imaging to confirm the source of knee pain and build a personalized plan.

  2. Step 02· 15–30 min

    Controlled traction

Your leg is secured to a motorized device that delivers gentle, intermittent cycles of traction and relaxation across the joint.

  3. Step 03· Throughout the session

    Joint decompression

The gentle separation between femur and tibia creates a vacuum effect inside the joint capsule, drawing in oxygen and nutrient-rich synovial fluid.

  4. Step 04· Follow-up sessions

    Rehabilitation

We pair decompression with cold laser, ultrasound, cranial release and guided exercise to lock in relief and prevent recurrence.
